Handicraft Competition

Well done to Mark Hubband, Jordon Campbell, Ben Langton, Christopher Le and George Hudson who represented Davenham at the Mid-Cheshire district handicraft competition at Weaverham on Sunday 27th Feb against 12 other teams.  This competition requires the cubs to work together as an effective, coherent team to complete a task described at the start of the afternoon and limits them to the use of a specific list of articles e.g. cereal boxes, cotton real's, glue, cotton wool etc that were brought with them at the start of the task, with no leader support.  On this occasion, the teams were asked to produce a representation of a Shelter Box (http://www.shelterbox.org/).  Well done for taking part and putting in a really good effort !
