Cheshire Hike 2011

A massive well done to our 7 teams of Scouts who were entered in this year's Cheshire Hike. All of the teams who took part did really well despite the hot weather and managed to complete the hike.

Our Junior entrants hiked 19km (11.8 miles) on Saturday and 11km (6.8 miles) on Sunday, Intermediates hiked 26km (16.2 miles) on Saturday and 14km (8.7 miles) on Sunday

Well done to all the Scout Leaders all the effort and time put in was well worth the good results.

    Well Done to all - it was hot weather to hike in and all at Davenham completed it. A past Scout Richard Ford won the District trophy for the Senior Section - they complete a distance of 29km on Saturday with two optional extra 5km and 19km on Sunday.
